Camera Critters

This is Jenny carrying her bunny baby, at night we have to separate her and the boys because they pick on each other so Bunny has become Jenny's baby , i put her and the bunny in the laundry/office room at night and in the morning she has the bunny laying by the door, then when we let her in she will bring the bunny back in the house.And here is Precious i got a close up shot of her and thought it was a cute shot with her round eyes.

I didn't see what the bird was till i downloaded it. Do you see him Its a Blue Jay.
The cats were all circling this stinger, I thought at first it was a mouse they were after.
Ok so we have some strange cats, Casey lying there, while his brother Smiley is, well as you can see, He was kneading on him.My male neutered cats (brothers), Love each other so much, We think there a bit strange as the sisters don't have this kind of affection for each other. Does anyone else have cat siblings that are this lovable with each other?
Here is Cutie Pie on my lap, she is a wiggler and slobbers when she is wanting attention, most of the time you wouldn't know she is around but when she is wanting to be loved on she will make herself known.


And then here is Tittertat, my 35# cat that loves to eat anything and everything, guess that is why he weights so much He loves food particularly people food.

Rock Chuck Also known as Yellow-bellied Marmot
I had to look this up and was surprised it was called that. Sort of interesting to read.Can't say i like them, when we first moved here and seen one i thought they were sort of cute specially the babies, Till one morning i awoke to not a carrot top in my garden, and my favorite plant was no more. Now they have become a real pain, poop everywhere, they will get into the hood of your car and chew on wires and what else they can get into. Nope can't say i like them much anymore.

We had to put this block over there hole so that no one will go out and step in there hole. As much as we don't like them we still don't have the heart to kill them, altho we think the cable company has put out poison .

Last weekend i was looking out the window and looky here, a whole bunch of Quails were under son's truck

And then i can't close without a couple of photos of my furry kids, Casey the cat and Princess

Casey and her get along very well they have a good understanding with each other that they established when Princess first came to us at 8 weeks old. If you havn't read my other blog about my furry kids, Casey is my thumb sucker when he is tired he wants to suck on my thumb, and knead my neck. So when Princess came home and also joined us on the bed, Casey took second spot for a few days and then he had enough one night, when he wanted mom's attention, and Princess got in the way again. He lifted his paw and wacked her on the head and looked at her and said "enough is enough its my turn and i was here first"
From that time on they have been buds ever since.

If ever in the Utah area and want to see a artsy place please be sure and check out Hole in the Rock,Several yrs ago we stopped here and they allowed you to tour the inside of the house in the rock,which they still do have tours but your not allowed to take photos anymore so click here to see some photos that is on there website to see a few of the photos they have posted. The lady there said they don't allow it anymore because of the tourist taking the pictures decided to sell some of the photos for profit so that is why they don't allow it anymore

Camera Critters/Capital Reef NP

So we can't leave Princess out of the trip so here she is, doesn't she look like she is having a good time?

We never expected to see any deer but here we had a few jump in front of us, hard to see as i wasn't really prepared with the camera.

Beautiful rock formations

Well Brooster finally got big enough to put her in a hammock . Kittens love these in there cages, they have more fun in those. Isn't she a cutie?

Camera Critters/Road Congestion?

Day 2 Diamond Craters
As we left the round barn we stopped to see the Diamond Craters, Alice was much better today and riding like a trooper also had a few things to say about being able to ride on my lap instead of the dreaded cage.

Nevada standing on top of one of the Craters looking down, i had thongs on and so the walking on that lava was not all that appealing.Please go to the link above and read about this crater.

So in the distance we saw what looked like smoke but as we got closer it was a roundup, the lazy mans way of rounding up cattle. I think it would of been much funner to use a horse to round the cattle up.

So for 3 or 4 miles we had to drive behind these critters while they made there way to better pasture.

Camera Critters

I know this isn't a real horse but i did want to share him as i think the person that did him was magnificent. Today was the Sisters Quilt Show and i decided that it was time to visit again, although i don't quilt, i do like looking. And i have to say what a show it was. I will be posting more about the quilt show on my other blog.

I thought i would share the newest photos of Shelby who i decided to bring back to the house. She is looking so much better and is coming out more and more and enjoying the freedom of being able to roam in the office and the laundry room

Here is little Freckles, boy for a little tyke he has the spunk of thinking he is the ruler of the house and the cats. I can't put him with any other kittens because he will beat them up, he is so tough. I will hold him and he will be all cuddly and the next thing i know he is slapping me with his paws or trying to bite me. But he is so darn cute when he is so fiesty. It will be awhile before he will be up for adoption.
